Bain Planning + Development (BPD) was formed out of a desire to provide a one stop town planning service which can offer advice on all aspects of development and planning in Barbados. We work with other professional entities including architects, draughtsmen, engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, lawyers, project managers, and other specialists to assist clients in achieving their goals. In many instances, this involves addressing complex planning issues which have to be presented in the best way possible in order to obtain the desired results. Our advice is always realistic and honest.
